Two local companies, both members of La French Tech Rennes St Malo, changed the game of virtual reality.
Synergiz, a start-up based in Saint-Malo and specialised in VR, teamed up with Exhalia, expert in scent marketing. This alliance brought into being a new immersive experience combining both images and fragrances, the HoloScent. This mixed-reality performance requires a pair of Microsoft HoloLens glasses (Synergiz) and a connected necklace (Exhalia) for a multi-sensorial hologram to come to life.
According to both companies, the sectors targeted are mainly cosmetics, perfumery, food and healthcare.
